Below are some activities that are usually required, but for which Gen USA is not structured::

Our staff does not include salesmen or representatives that provide pure sales activity. We do not propose the products of the client companies to distributors or buyers of commercial chains. We are not a sales agency and our compensation never follow a commission criterion.
Despite being aware that there are products/services with significant market potential for quality or innovation, our company does not invest in companies that do not have the economic resources to finance their commercial development in the United States.
In general, we do not provide services whose compensation is subject to success fees. All of our research activities for commercial partners, distributors, personnel, GDO buyers, etc. provide a “monthly” fee or “per project” fee commensurate with the use of our resources.

PRICING OF OUR SERVICES:

We cannot provide a pre-determined price list: our pricing is unique to each of our clients depending on the services requested. We calculate our fee through careful analysis of the resources necessary to carry out the requests of our clients.

Gen USA offers both consulting and operational services. As a result, we propose pricing models that vary according to the service offered. Following the main categories:

  • Applied to services with a clear and definite use of resources.
  • Cost is agreed on before the start of the service.

Examples: feasibility studies and the establishment of a legal entity.

  • Costs are agreed before the start of the service.
  • Payment is monthly

Examples: management of administrative and logistic activities

  • Applied to services with an unclear use of resources;
  • Costs are based on an hourly or daily rate;
  • A weekly report is provided of the activities carried out;
  • Services are invoiced at the end of the month, with detailed description of the activities carried out

Examples: the implementation of a production unit and commercial development through Gen USA sales managers.

Pricing on a “commission” or “success fee” basis is not given: Gen USA does not provide sales activities for its clients.
